Well, having returned from vacation we’ve been trying to get back into our regular routine at home. We’ve had a pretty uneventful week up until the weekend which was full of adventure and fun! First up, as you can see above, a trip up to Mansfield where Kevin helped dad go pick up a 1953 MG TD that he is going to restore – his next hobby! They made the trip to the Akron area Friday evening and returned just before dusk where we were able to take a quick peak before they covered it up for the night. Finn loved checking it out and dad is pretty stoked to begin this new project!

Then it was Leaning Tower pizza and sub for dinner!

Here are some photos in the daylight on Saturday morning before they headed off to drop the car off at the shop that will be helping dad with the restoration. 

I look forward to seeing these two tool around town in this car once it’s all up and running!

And on Saturday we all headed back to Columbus to celebrate cousin Rowan’s 4th birthday part at the Fire Station #93 in Dublin.  The part was complete with a tour of the entire fire station, the kids were able to sit in the medic ambulance, the fire trucks, spray water out of the fire hose, and as a special treat Rowan, Greta, Graham, and Griffin were able to ride around the parking lot in the actual fire truck! What a fun party! cousins
