This week we had some more fall fun, this time picking apples on a beautiful, sunny, October afternoon at Lynd’s Fruit Farm in Pataskala. That place is just insane busy, so much so that even getting there you sit and wait in stand still traffic for about a mile prior the farm. But once you get into the orchards there is so much space to wonder that it doesn’t feel that crowded any more. We picked Golden Delicious and a red one (maybe Jonathan) that I can’t remember! Finn loves to reach for the highest apples we can find. They also have all kinds of fun kids activities. Finn had a blast.
We also went to our first Powell Community Bonfire which was in downtown Powell at the Village Green Park. There was a cool bonfire, live music, and free hot dogs and cider!
And afterwards we headed to Menards for a few items for various house projects. Finn liked kid-sized Santa and Snowmen 🙂
